Front Office

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and responsible Front Office Staff to join our hospitality team.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Minimum education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience as Front Office / Receptionist (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Familiar with PMS and hotel operational procedures
• Computer literate (MS Office, email, online platform)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with positive attitude
• Able to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays
