Warehouse Manager Trainee

The Purpose of the Position: As a Warehouse Manager Trainee, your goal is to gain a deep understanding of all warehouse operations. Through continuous training, you will be prepared to take over team management, process optimization, and ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse, contributing directly to the company's growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participation in the daily planning and supervision of warehouse tasks (receiving, storage, picking, shipping).
• Supervision and improvement of the organizational and operational processes of the warehouse, ensuring optimal performance, accuracy, and compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Creation, monitoring, and development of warehouse performance indicators (WHS KPI's).
• Preparation of analyses (reporting) to Management and submission of improvement proposals.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a 3PL company or an organized warehouse.
• Experience in Ms Office systems, WMS, ERP (preferably SAP).
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
