HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Leads and executes end-to-end HR operations across the organization. This position drives talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, total rewards (compensation and benefits), and strategic labor relations. A primary responsibility includes handling administrative discipline, labor disputes, and direct oversight or representation in National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) proceedings and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) conciliations.
