Manufacturing Supervisor

Your tasks

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily food production operations, ensuring smooth workflow, product quality, and compliance with food safety standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing and production activities.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Assign duties and manage production workers to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure products meet company quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate raw material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Identify production issues and implement improvements to workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain production records and prepare basic operational reports.
• Train and guide production workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and supervise a team.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and workplace safety practices.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
