Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels. Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process with HODs. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
