Technical Specialist

Location: 5204 Straßwalchen, Lagermax Straße 1 Start: immediately Working hours: 38.5 hours per week

Your tasks:

• Order processing and handling for the Customer Service area
• Ongoing support and consultation for customers
• Collaboration in process optimization
• Collaboration in quality assurance
• Administrative activities (e.g., data and system maintenance, statistics)

Our requirements:

• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK/HAS, FH / university, etc.)
• Professional experience in administration is desirable, as is experience in the Customer Service area
• Very good MS-Office skills (Word / Excel / Outlook)
• English skills in spoken and written form
• Enjoyment in supporting and consulting customers
• Preference for a solution-oriented and structured way of working in a team
