Digital Operations Manager (m/f/d) (IT-Administrator/in)

Location: 5204 Straßwalchen, 5020 Salzburg, 1020 Wien or 8141 Premstätten Start: immediately Working hours: 38.5 hours per week

Your tasks:

• Operational support for specialist departments in the application of the systems used – with a focus on production planning, order management & control, as well as transport management
• Functional leadership and coordination of cross-departmental topics and projects (lateral leadership without disciplinary responsibility)
• Active participation in the introduction and further development of our ERP-System
• Analysis, optimization, and continuous further development of operational processes
• Integration of internal and external interfaces via an EDI-Plattform
• Participation in national and international IT-Projekten
• Central contact person for specialist departments and support

Our requirements:

• Completed education with a focus on Informatik / IT (Apprenticeship, HTL, FH / University)
• Experience in the technical handling of ERP-Systemen, ideally in an operational/production-related environment
• Understanding of operational processes in production, order processing, and logistics is an advantage
• Experience with SQL-Datenbanken and EDI-Plattformen is desirable
• Programming skills in JavaScript or comparable scripting languages are an advantage
• Good English skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate people and topics across departments
• Service orientation with strong analytical thinking skills
