STORE MANAGER 100 % As a store manager at Lager 157, you are an engaged and driving leader. Together with your colleagues, you will provide our customers with the best possible service. As a store manager, you lead and drive the store staff towards established sales targets. You are also responsible for the store's operations, service level, sales, budget, and other administration. Your responsibilities as a store manager at Lager 157: Ensure that the store is operated in accordance with Lager 157's concept, values, and operating procedures.

Lead and develop the team – continuously work with feedback and motivation.

Responsibility for sales, key figures, budget, and results.

Work environment responsibility for all employees in the store.

Personnel responsibility with a focus on work environment, development, and staffing.

Plan, ensure, and follow up on the store's staffing and personnel costs.

Ensure the store's visual expression, campaigns, and seasonal activities.

Contribute to creating the market's best store experience.

We are looking for you who: Have at least 3 years of experience from a leadership position within retail.

Are an engaged, structured, and driving person who likes to meet many different people.

Are structured, decisive, and enjoy working practically close to the team.

Are confident in decisions and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Master Swedish and English orally and in writing – multiple languages are an advantage.

Are at least 20 years old. The position reports to the regional manager. We offer a varied role with great opportunities for further career within Lager 157.
