Your role Reporting to the Group CISO, the Cyber Security Operations Manager is responsible for managing the cybersecurity operations of the Lagardère Travel Retail Group. You will manage a team of 3 Cyber Security Engineers and work in close collaboration with the SOC Manager & GRC Manager, Infrastructure teams, country IT Managers, and external cybersecurity partners.

Your missions Manage Group cybersecurity operations Supervise daily security activities across the entire international perimeter.

Guarantee the effectiveness of detection, protection, and incident response mechanisms.

Define operational priorities and ensure their execution.

Manage the Security Operations team Supervise and develop a team of 3 Cyber Security Engineers.

Organize activities, define objectives, and monitor team performance.

Develop technical skills and promote operational maturity.

Supervise incident detection and response Ensure the management of major cybersecurity incidents in a coordinated manner with your teams and the SOC Manager.

Coordinate investigations, containment actions, and remediations.

Lead cyber crisis cells when necessary.

Manage Group security solutions Guarantee the operation and evolution of platforms: (EDR/MDR), SIEM, EASM, CNAPP, Email Security, DNS Security, Vulnerability Management CTI / CTEM

Reduce exposure to cyber risks Supervise the vulnerability management program.

Ensure the follow-up of remediation plans resulting from audits, pentests, and security controls.

Ensure the maintenance of security conditions for systems and infrastructures.

Contribute to strategic cybersecurity projects Support the deployment of new security solutions.

Participate in defining the Group's cybersecurity roadmap.

Ensure coordination with country IT teams and external partners.

Produce security reporting and indicators Develop cybersecurity dashboards and KPIs.

Propose continuous improvement plans.

Ensure regular reporting to the Group CISO and Deputy CIO on compliance status and risks.

Profile sought Master's degree (Bac+5) in cybersecurity, information systems security, IT, risk management, or an equivalent field.

CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) certification or equivalent is desired. Significant experience in managing cybersecurity teams and conducting security operations may be considered equivalent to a formal certification.

Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in cybersecurity

Fluent English is essential (written and oral). A second language is a plus.

Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and the ability to work in close collaboration with your team, Group teams, and various stakeholders.

Technical skills Mastery of cybersecurity operations (Security Operations, SIEM, SecOps).

Good knowledge of EDR/XDR, SIEM, EASM, PROXY, CNAPP, and Threat Intelligence solutions.

Knowledge of network architectures, Active Directory, DNS, Proxy, VPN, and Cloud security.

Understanding of security frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIS2, CIS Controls).

Ability to define performance indicators (KPI) and produce cybersecurity dashboards.

Experience in managing security service providers.

Managerial skills Leadership and the ability to unite a team around common goals.

Proven experience in managing and developing employees.

Ability to supervise, motivate, and support a team of 3 cybersecurity engineers.
