Your role The Account Manager France or Key Account Manager France is responsible for managing all projects entrusted to the Concepts, Design & Construction department by the 2 France networks (20 airports). Their responsibilities are to define the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the program, define the resources and organization necessary for the success of this same program, manage the program, and evaluate its performance after delivery.

Your missions Management: -Manage a team of project managers

Network relationship management: -Develop and maintain strong relationships with the France network (Paris, Regions), ensuring a deep understanding of needs and objectives -Be the main point of contact for all network requests -Centralize and evaluate all network requests in order to provide appropriate solutions.

Internal coordination within the Concepts, Design & Construction department -Consolidate and communicate key information for decision-making (budget, deadlines, risks, resources, workloads...) -Ensure the transmission of operational requests to project managers and the PMO unit -Collaborate with project managers and the PMO unit to ensure the alignment of project prioritization with network expectations -Ensure regular project monitoring, facilitating proactive problem and risk resolution or Facilitate communication between networks and the Concepts, Design & Construction teams

Business development -Measure and manage customer (network) satisfaction -Identify and report new business opportunities to the network -Identify needs regarding innovation and cultural adaptation of each entity within the network. -Creation of business activity reporting -Perform analyses related to business activities on the France networks that can feed future calls for tender

Profile sought -Bac +5, Master's in a commercial, marketing, technical, or scientific specialty, business school degree, or Engineering school degree -8 to 10 years of experience in similar roles -Mastery of commercial negotiation, knowledge of commercial offer writing techniques, key account management skills, clients -Adaptability, commercial skills, interpersonal skills, decision-making ability, synthesis and analytical skills -Curiosity and initiative -Experience in key account management -Mastery of project management techniques (specifications, expression of needs, planning) -Fluent English written and oral, proficiency in another language will be a plus
