Your role In a context of sustained growth driven by many structuring HR projects, you will lead and evolve compensation, benefits, and international mobility policies. As a true partner to HR teams, managers, and Management, you will support the company's transformations while ensuring the competitiveness, attractiveness, and compliance of the systems deployed on a national and international scale.

Your missions Compensation & Benefits Prepare salary review, bonus, and LTI campaigns.

Participate in HR transformation projects (grading, salary transparency, etc.).

Implement and manage Compensation & Benefits tools.

Conduct salary benchmarks to guarantee the competitiveness of compensation and benefits.

Analyze market trends, industry practices, and legislative developments impacting compensation.

Produce salary positioning analyses and recommendations for key populations.

Contribute to the definition of salary grids, compensation ranges, and compensation policies.

Design and evolve Compensation & Benefits systems based on employee expectations, market practices, and budgetary constraints.

Support HR, managers, and Management in compensation-related decision-making through numerical analysis and dedicated reporting.

Manage collective contracts (health, provident, pension, disability, death, etc.).

Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, and advisors (actuaries, consultants).

Guarantee regulatory compliance (local and international obligations).

International Mobility Define and manage the international mobility policy (expatriation, secondment, VIE, international teleworking).

Design and evolve compensation and benefits packages.

Coordinate tax, social, and legal aspects in connection with external partners.

Support employees and managers in mobility.

Manage risks (compliance, immigration, taxation).

Profile sought Higher education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources.

Proven experience of at least 5 years in Compensation & Benefits functions, ideally complemented by experience in international mobility.

Good knowledge of compensation mechanisms, benefits, and social protection.

Mastery of compensation surveys as well as market benchmark and grading methodologies.

Knowledge of tax, social, and legal issues related to international mobility.

Experience in an international and multicultural environment.

Fluent English is essential, both written and spoken.

Advanced mastery of Excel and HRIS / Compensation & Benefits tools.
