Your role Reporting to the Direction des Systèmes d’Information of Lagardère Travel Retail, you will join the IT & Master Data team. Within the Point of Sales Operations (POS) support team, you will work on all IT tools used in stores (checkout systems, payment systems, mobility, electronic labels), in an international and demanding environment. You will provide user support, transfer knowledge to local IT teams, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of service quality as well as deployment projects for checkout solutions.

Your missions Support & Operation of POS solutions Ensure level 2 IT support for tools used in stores: checkout, payment systems, mobility, and electronic labels

Intervene primarily via remote access and act as the escalation point for level 1 support teams and country IT Managers

Guarantee service quality across an international scope (approximately 30 countries – EMEA, ASPAC, LATAM)

Incident, Problem, and Change Management Handle N2 / N3 incidents, analyze root causes (logs, data, configuration), and ensure their resolution

Identify recurring incidents within a Problem Management and continuous improvement logic

Configure new stores, participate in monthly release deployments, and POS projects (Change Management)

Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement Feed and maintain the knowledge base (Confluence) intended for N1 and N2 support

Formalize configuration, incident resolution, and troubleshooting procedures

Contribute to process optimization and raising the maturity level of POS support

Cross-functional Coordination & Collaboration Interact with IT POS, SAP, Systems, Networks teams, Business teams (items, rates, promotions), and the Digital team

Collaborate closely with local IT Managers and country service providers

Ensure follow-up of maintenance operations, proactive performance monitoring, and alert processing

Profile sought You have a degree from a Bac +2 or higher program

You have solid experience in a Retail environment, with exposure to one or more checkout systems (POS)

You have worked in IT support and/or project management contexts, ideally in an international environment

You are rigorous, methodical, and autonomous, with strong analytical and synthesis skills

Knowledge of retail in an airport environment is a real asset

You are proficient in English, both written and spoken (fluent level)

You are comfortable with remote access (TeamViewer)

You have good knowledge of systems and networks (Windows 10/11 Pro, Intunes, IP configuration, DHCP, Meraki)

You master checkout / POS environments (cash register hardware and software, SCO, SOK, KDS, TPE/EFT, payment methods), knowledge of TCPOS is a plus

You have writing skills to document incidents, update tickets, and formalize procedures
