Your role Reporting to the Management, you will ensure the steering of a portfolio of programs, projects, and tenders. As such, you will define objectives, mobilize the resources necessary for their success, steer their execution, and evaluate their performance after delivery.
Your missions Team Management and Steering Supervise and lead a team of Key Account Managers and Project Managers.
Identify the needs and constraints of technical teams.
Manage the budget for your scope (resources and operational expenses).
Ensure reporting to the Management.
Team Development and Improvement of Practices Develop team skills in account management, project management, and tender responses (training, support, coaching).
Guarantee the availability of human and material resources necessary for project completion.
Define, evolve, and ensure compliance with management processes, methods, and tools.
Promote and supervise best practices in account management and project management.
Define and implement the recruitment strategy for your team in connection with Human Resources.
Organize the collection, analysis, and sharing of feedback and lessons learned.
Portfolio Management Support account managers in defining their strategy and development thinking.
Contribute to the definition of project and tender strategies.
Define and monitor performance indicators for programs, projects, and tenders.
Supervise compliance with contractual commitments.
Allocate resources to projects and tenders.
Define, steer, and optimize workload plans, while anticipating activity variations.
Conduct operational excellence initiatives.
Measure and steer portfolio performance in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines, and implement necessary corrective actions.
Measure internal customer satisfaction and define appropriate improvement actions.
Identify, anticipate, and manage risks related to projects and activities, and implement necessary preventive or corrective actions.
Profile sought Higher education: Master's degree (engineering school, business school, or university).
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in project management or project portfolio management and in managing project teams.
Experience in account management and in managing account managers.
Mastery of project management methods, tools, and software (requirement expression, specifications, planning).
Recognized leadership and management skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Rigor, analytical skills, and synthesis skills.
Communication and customer relationship skills.
Knowledge of financial, legal, and technical environments related to retail and concession activities.
Curiosity and initiative.
Fluent English. Proficiency in another language is an asset.
