Your role This strategic role aims to lead the cybersecurity of the Lagardère Travel Retail group on an international scale. The Cybersecurity Director reports directly to the Group Global CIO and works in close collaboration with the Group IT departments and the cyber teams of the entities. They are the guarantor of the protection of systems, data, and critical infrastructures, while anticipating threats and responding effectively to major incidents.

Your missions Cybersecurity: Ensure the direct management of the group cybersecurity team: define their missions, roles, and responsibilities.

Coordinate the RSSI of the various entities and their actions.

Operational supervision: management of outsourced SOC and MDR.

Perform continuous technological monitoring to anticipate threats.

Define and implement robust organizations to protect against and manage crisis situations.

Develop the cybersecurity roadmap in connection with infrastructure, network, and systems teams, the Lagardère Group CISO, and business priorities.

Contribute to budget construction and planned investments.

Maintain the PSSI and ensure its compliance across all entities.

Define clear guidelines and indicators to measure the compliance status of the various entities.

Ensure transverse leadership by animating the cyber teams of the entities and Group partners.

Support / manage cyber crises in connection with operational teams.

Organize the ISO 27001 certification process for the IT scope of group applications.

Support entities in their ISO 27001 or other certification processes.

Manage the securing of Group websites with the hosting partner.

Lead tenders (technical and contractual) with indirect procurement and legal teams.

Compliance: Be the primary contact for the group audit teams on IT-related subjects, covering all group entities (from potential pre-audit phases to the formalization of remediation plans and their execution).

Follow up on remediation plans following audits and ensure their implementation and certification.

Profile sought Master's degree (Bac+5) in cybersecurity, computer science, or an equivalent field.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in information systems security, including 5 years in a cyber leadership position including team management and international coordination.

Strategic vision in cybersecurity and the ability to translate ambitions into concrete actions.

Strong leadership, management, and animation skills, particularly in a multicultural context.

Strong ability to identify critical risks and business impacts.

Fluent English is essential.
