Become a Sales Advisor within the Aelia Duty Free boutiques at Findel airport in Luxembourg! Passionate about perfumes, cosmetics, or gastronomic products, you share your expertise with an international clientele. 🎯 Your daily role? You ensure the welcome, guidance, and advice of customers around the worlds of perfumes, cosmetics, wines, spirits, and gastronomic products, by providing expertise, listening skills, and a sense of service.
You develop additional sales through personalized recommendations: fragrance pairings, beauty routines, food & wine pairings, gift ideas, or product discoveries adapted to international travelers.
You showcase a premium selection: perfumes and skincare from major brands, exceptional alcohols and wines (champagnes, whiskies, cognacs…), as well as iconic gastronomic products (chocolates, fine groceries, confectionery, French specialties).
You promote brands, terroirs, and the know-how of producers, by sharing their history, their characteristics, and their points of differentiation to enrich the customer experience.
You perform checkout operations with rigor, efficiency, and friendliness, while respecting Duty Free procedures and rules related to the sale of alcohol and sensitive products.
You ensure the impeccable upkeep of the sales area, the careful shelf stocking of products, and the proper presentation of the perfume, beauty, wine, spirits, and gastronomy departments.
What are the job details & conditions? Working hours: Shift work according to a schedule within a time range that can extend from 4 am to midnight.
Remuneration structure: Benefit from an attractive remuneration system combining base salary, commercial bonuses, other bonuses, allowances, and benefits.

Main skills sought: Your sense of welcome, your open-mindedness, and your commitment to customer service contribute to making every boutique visit a unique and memorable experience.
You possess excellent knowledge of the worlds of perfumery, makeup, and skincare.
Fluency in English is indispensable; proficiency in another language is an additional asset.
You adopt a neat appearance as well as an elegant and professional posture in all circumstances.
