AELIA Duty Free boutiques are recruiting 1 fashion-specialized sales advisor on a CDI contract, passionate about the airport environment and its universes. You will also be required to work in the multimedia and Lego universes.
🎯 Your daily role? You ensure a personalized and warm welcome, guiding each customer with expertise and kindness throughout their journey in the store.
You ensure the impeccable presentation of the sales area, handling shelf stocking, replenishment, and merchandising according to brand standards.
You support customers by offering tailor-made advice, identifying specific needs, and proposing the most suitable products from a range of prestigious brands.
You develop cross-selling, by highlighting product combinations and creating engaging sensory experiences.
You actively contribute to achieving commercial objectives by participating in animations and promotional operations.
You promote the world of prestigious brands by sharing their history, values, and innovations with passion and commitment.
You handle customer checkouts with enthusiasm.
What are the job details & conditions? Working hours: A rhythm of 4 working days and 2 rest days within a time range that can extend from 4 am to midnight.
Remuneration structure: Benefit from an attractive remuneration system combining base salary, sales bonuses, other bonuses, allowances, and benefits.

You demonstrate rigor and organization in stocking products, ensuring compliance with layouts, the quality of shelf presentation, and the permanent availability of references to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
Fluency in English is indispensable; proficiency in another language is an additional asset.
You maintain a neat appearance as well as an elegant and professional posture in all circumstances.
