AELIA Duty Free boutiques are recruiting a Multimedia Sales Advisor in CDI for its Fnac boutique. Passionate about new technologies, you will evolve in a stimulating environment and advise our customers on a wide range of multimedia products. Your expertise and sense of service contribute to providing a high-quality customer experience.
🎯 Your daily role? You ensure a personalized and warm welcome, accompanying each customer throughout their purchasing journey thanks to your expertise and sense of service.
You advise customers by identifying their needs and proposing the most suitable products from our multimedia range: phones, computers, headphones, earphones, game consoles, video games, and travel accessories.
You develop cross-selling by recommending associated accessories and services (adapters, protections, chargers, gaming accessories, etc.) to enrich the customer experience.
You actively contribute to achieving commercial objectives by promoting current offers, new arrivals, and the brand's commercial operations.
You share your passion for new technologies by presenting the features, advantages, and innovations of our various products.
You perform checkout operations with professionalism and dynamism.
You ensure the quality of the sales area presentation by managing shelf stocking, product replenishment, and compliance with the brand's merchandising standards.
What are the job details & conditions? Working hours: alternating morning and afternoon shifts within a time range that can extend from 4 AM to midnight. A 3-day weekend including Saturday and Sunday is guaranteed every 3 weeks.
Remuneration structure: Benefit from an attractive remuneration system combining base salary, sales bonuses, other bonuses, allowances, and benefits.

A first successful experience in sales or customer advice constitutes a real asset to effectively assist our clientele. You have good knowledge of multimedia and high-tech products: phones, computers, headphones, earphones, game consoles, video games, and technological accessories.
Curious and alert to the latest innovations, you enjoy sharing your knowledge and advising customers on the products best suited to their needs.
Fluency in English is indispensable; proficiency in another language is an additional asset in our international environment.
You adopt a neat presentation and a professional attitude in all circumstances.
