Today, there are 8 shops spread across the different levels, complemented by an immersive virtual reality experience space: Tour Eiffel Effect. Do you aspire to provide high-quality welcome and assist our customers in their choice of souvenir products within our shops? We are looking for a Sales Advisor on a CDI contract starting from September 2026.
🎯Your daily role? Customer Welcome: Inform, assist, and guide customers
Create a memorable shopping experience
Participate in cross-selling and up-selling
You ensure the daily management and operation of the shop area: Maintain the shop in good condition, ensuring proper merchandising
Ensure compliance with safety instructions.
Receive goods, restock shelves
Participate in cleaning the workstation, its display cases, and displays
Transport and store items in the stockroom
Participate in receiving, recognition, replenishment, and inventory operations
Open, process sales, and close the cash register
Perform opening and closing procedures.
You animate the point of sale and advise customers: Advise and engage the clientele
Ensure customer service quality and respond to visitor requests.
Stay attentive to commercial trends and innovations.
Energize the point of sale (layout, promotions, merchandising).

Hours: rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday & public holidays
Location: Tour Eiffel (Paris)
Do you recognize yourself in the following qualities?🙋 Preferred Experience You have already worked in retail, ideally in a tourist location, and you are used to an international clientele
You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in cash management
Main skills sought Relational & Communication Skills: You are strongly customer-oriented and demonstrate interpersonal ease with various local interlocutors
Mastery of English is imperative
Reactivity, sense of initiative, and ability to propose ideas
