Your role This internship will offer you a global vision of talent development within an international group. Integrated into the International HR Development department and reporting to the International HR Manager, you will contribute to strategic HR projects covering Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development. You will also participate in the animation of international HR communities and work in close collaboration with country HR teams, managers, and Group functions to support the transformation and harmonization of HR practices on an international scale.

Your missions Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Participate in projects promoting the sharing of best practices within the international network.
  • Ensure the follow-up of Employer Branding actions.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of LinkedIn indicators.

Talent Management

  • Contribute to the Talent Review and Succession Plans (preparation of data, supports, and dashboards).
  • Contribute to the redesign of the international V.I.E. program.
  • Participate in the structuring of development paths and international mobility.
  • Contribute to the reporting and monitoring of the engagement survey.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Contribute to the deployment of managerial development paths.
  • Produce communication and support materials intended for managers and HR.

Artificial Intelligence & HR Data (transversal)

  • Participate in identifying AI use cases to serve HR activities.
  • Use generative AI tools to facilitate analyses, summaries, presentations, and HR supports.

Profile sought Holding or currently pursuing a Master 2 in human resources, business school, management, international relations, occupational psychology, social sciences, project management, data applied to management, or equivalent, you are looking for an internship that allows you to discover how an international HR department operates and to contribute to HR projects with a global impact. Beyond academic background, we are primarily looking for a person who is curious, proactive, structured, and comfortable with data analysis. You enjoy working in English in interaction with HR teams spread across several countries. You have a particular interest in the challenges of talent development, employee engagement, and HR transformation, as well as the use of data and digital tools in the HR function. A first experience in human resources, consulting, project management, or data analysis (internship or work-study) is an asset.
