🎯Your daily role? Within the Food Purchasing department of the Marketing and Sales Division, you will manage with your team (2 buyers and 2 interns) and in connection with the Group's other purchasing teams (international purchasing and indirect purchasing), a portfolio of food and non-food purchases intended for our foodservice brands. You will play a key role in improving results through negotiation, selection, and supplier management, as well as through logistical optimization. As a true expert in your scope, you will take charge of the following missions: Identify and analyze real needs in order to define appropriate purchasing strategies

Develop and manage supplier relationships based on a logic of sustainable performance

Define purchasing budgets and develop associated strategic action plans

Ensure follow-up of operational execution (specifications, sourcing and calls for tender, commercial negotiations, stock management and optimization, PCA, quality audits…)

Ensure contract follow-up in connection with legal teams and guarantee their proper application.

Deliver presentations to decision-makers regarding the choices and orientations of the recommended purchasing strategies

Measure the achievement of purchasing gains and their impact on network results

Implement and monitor contracts in collaboration with the legal team

Manage the performance of platforms (Staci/Sysco)

Optimize logistics at points of sale

Monitor internal customer satisfaction and perform reporting to operational management

Supervise, support, and develop a team composed of two buyers and two interns.
