🎯 Your daily role? Within the Marketing and Commercial Department, you will work on the Fresh and Dry Snacking categories (chocolate confectionery, bars, biscuits, chips, savory snacks...), and contribute to the development of the offer within the scope. In this context, your main missions are as follows: You analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to enrich and evolve the product offering.
You define assortments, selling prices, and menus based on the different types of points of sale.
You identify, select, and manage a portfolio of suppliers to guarantee coverage of needs and secure supplies.
You negotiate purchasing conditions as well as promotional budgets with manufacturers and distributors.
You plan promotional operations in connection with the teams responsible for their operational deployment.
You participate in the construction, updating, and optimization of merchandising plans by providing your product expertise.
You ensure the monitoring and analysis of commercial performance to adjust the offer and implement appropriate action plans.
You maintain regular communication with the network and operational teams to support business development.

Do you recognize yourself in the following qualities?🙋 Preferred Experience/Education Coming from a higher education background of at least Bac +5 from a business school or equivalent, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience (excluding internships and work-study) in a similar position, ideally in the retail or foodservice sector. Experience in negotiating with national brands, ideally in the food industry, is essential.
Main skills sought Excellent market analysis and offer management skills.
Very good commercial negotiation skills.
