Reception & Reservations and Sales Employee (Hybrid Work Model)

Lagada Beach Hotel in Milos is looking for a partner for the position of Reception & Reservations and Sales Employee, with physical presence during the season (May – September) and remote work for the remainder of the period.

The position combines reception duties during the summer period with the overall management of reservations, online platforms, and sales of the hotel's services, with the goal of optimizing occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Management of reservations (telephone and electronic)
• Support of reception operations during the season
• Management and optimization of the hotel's presence on online platforms (OTAs)
• Handling of platform extranets (Booking, Expedia, etc.)
• Management of channel manager
• Sales of additional hotel services
• Communication with customers before, during, and after the reservation
• Development and management of partnerships with tourism bodies and travel agencies
• Preparation of presentations for partnerships, sales, and service promotion
• Support of sales and occupancy strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in using platform extranets and channel manager
• Knowledge of Pylon system or equivalent PMS
• Very good knowledge of the English language (a second foreign language will be appreciated)
• Organization, responsibility, and commercial mindset
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively, both in person and remotely
