Practice Manager

Your tasks

1. Help develop the organization in line with executive management's goals
2. Generate and increase revenue for the organization
3. Lead and supervise team members, the legal team, and staff to achieve targets
4. Integrate Ai’s tools into organizational and personnel development to achieve business goals
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Age 40 years old and above only
2. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
3. At least 10 years of experience at the managerial level with managing teams of 10 or more people
4. Good to excellent English communication and comprehension skills
5. Proficiency in a third language or involvement in international associations is an advantage for the role and the organization.
6. Strong leaderships, interpersonal, negotiation, coordination skills
7. Able to work under pressure
