Lady.E Décor & Design is a beautifully curated lifestyle boutique offering home décor, gifts, fashion, and accessories from brands around the world.

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and friendly Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. For the right candidate, this position has the opportunity to become a permanent full-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide warm, attentive service
• Assist customers with product selection and gift ideas
• Learn about our products and share brand stories
• Process sales using Shopify POS
• Restock products and maintain attractive displays
• Keep the boutique clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with receiving inventory, packaging, and online orders
• Support the team during busy periods

Requirements:

• At least one year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• A genuine interest in home décor, fashion, gifts, and beautiful products
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Shopify POS experience is an asset
• Must be available on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Flexible availability during November and December is preferred
• Able to stand for extended periods when required

Position Details:

• Starting at $19 per hour
• Minimum 16 hours per week
• Weekend availability is required
• Opportunity to become a permanent full-time employee if the candidate is a good fit
• Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a paid in-store trial
