The position:

As part of this project, you will work within the framework of the European SESAR (Single European Sky ATM Research) program, within an international environment related to air traffic management.

Supporting project managers, you will contribute to the management and coordination of complex projects, in compliance with the processes and requirements of the SESAR program.

As such, your main missions will be the following:

• Support project managers in the application of SESAR program processes and requirements;
• Organize and monitor various milestones, actions, risks, and project deliverables;
• Participate in the management and monitoring of activity progress;
• Perform technical and documentary reviews;
• Analyze and synthesize project documentation;
• Ensure coordination between different stakeholders and international teams;
• Prepare and facilitate meetings and monitoring instances;
• Contribute to the smooth flow of information and visibility on project progress.

Occasional travel in France and Europe is to be expected as part of the mission.

Profile sought:

YOUR PROFILE:

With a Master's degree / engineering school background, you have at least 3 years of experience in the ATM (Air Traffic Management) field.

It is imperative that you have participated in at least one SESAR project or an equivalent European project, and that you have experience in PMO, coordination, or complex project management.

You possess:

• Good knowledge of the SESAR program and its ecosystem;
• A good understanding of European issues related to air traffic management;
• The ability to understand and analyze technical documents;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Real ease in facilitating meetings and public speaking;
• Fluent professional English, which is essential in this international environment.

Autonomous and proactive, you are recognized for your ability to synthesize, your organization, and your interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the U-space / drones ecosystem would be appreciated.
