The position:

Within the LabFactory service center, we accompany our clients in the design, development, and evolution of innovative websites and business applications. We work on varied projects for recognized players such as WWF, Tisséo, or Ministère des Armées. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Lead Full Stack Drupal Developer capable of taking a driving role within a development team while actively participating in project realization.

Your mission

Integrated into a team of 2 to 5 developers, you will be the guarantor of the technical quality of achievements and the successful delivery of projects.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Design and develop multi-project websites and applications;
• Participate in developments in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Drupal;
• Supervise and support junior developers in their skill development;
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and compliance with development best practices;
• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests;
• Provide technical support to clients when necessary;
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams by consulting mockups in Figma;
• Evolve development methodologies and contribute to the adoption of AI-based tools and processes;
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of practices and technical organization.

Profile sought:

Skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack web development;
• First successful experience in leading or coordinating a development team;
• Good mastery of technologies: HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Drupal;
• Knowledge of Symfony;
• Sensitivity to digital accessibility issues;
• Mastery of software quality practices and automated testing;
• Experience or strong interest in the use of AI in development processes;
• Minimum B2 professional English level.
