Salary: ₦200,000 Net Monthly

About the Role

We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our operations in Ikoyi, Lagos. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems across assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC faults and technical issues. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Respond promptly to breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs. Inspect HVAC systems and identify potential issues before they become major faults. Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely. Monitor and support energy-efficient operation of HVAC equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and servicing activities. Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician. Relevant technical qualification, trade certification, or vocational training in HVAC/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and equipment specifications. Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be technically competent, reliable, safety-conscious, and able to respond effectively to HVAC maintenance and repair needs.
