Job Title: Design Architects

Location: On-Site / Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

Reporting To: Lead Architect / Senior Design Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Design Architect to lead and support architectural design development from concept through detailed design and project execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong design judgement, technical knowledge, proficiency in architectural software, and the ability to translate client requirements into functional, creative, and buildable solutions.

Contract Details:

This is a fixed-term, call-out position. The initial contract starts at a duration of 3 months. The contract is renewable based on project duration and individual performance. Engagement will be on an as-needed (call-out) basis, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Concept Development

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions Translate client briefs into functional and creative designs Develop design schemes from concept through detailed design Prepare design presentations, renderings, and visual materials Ensure designs align with project requirements, timelines, and budgets

Technical Design & Documentation

Produce accurate architectural drawings, details, and specifications Develop construction and working drawings Coordinate architectural documentation with project requirements Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards Review drawings and identify design or technical issues before construction

Project Coordination

Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and other consultants Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews Support site coordination and resolve design-related issues during execution Work closely with contractors and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained

Materials & Design Research

Research materials, finishes, products, and construction methods Stay informed on current architectural and interior design trends Incorporate practical, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions into designs

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Min 4–10 years of relevant architectural design experience Proven experience designing interior spaces, particularly office and commercial environments Professional architectural qualification is an advantage Proven experience in concept development, detailed design, and construction documentation Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects is an advantage

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong architectural drawing and documentation skills Good knowledge of BIM workflows Strong 3D modelling and visualization skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction details
