VACANCY | SENIOR QUALITY RESIDENT

Are you a Quality Engineer with solid experience in production and processes? We are looking for an expert, technical, and results-oriented profile. Plant located in Reynosa in Parque Industrial Maquilpark

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed Engineering degree
• Solid experience in production and quality
• Experience in root cause analysis and problem solving
• Knowledge of certifications and quality systems
• Ability to perform and follow up on engineering changes
• Experience in process analysis and improvement
• English B1+, with the ability to communicate and maintain conversations in English
• Excellent analytical, follow-up, and decision-making skills

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A professional who not only knows quality but has a very technical profile and is an expert in operation and production, capable of analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions.

ACTIVITIES:

1. Production follow-up: monitor the production process daily, follow up on quality and production indicators, detect deviations and ensure immediate actions, and verify compliance with standards, specifications, and process parameters.
2. Quality problem management: Analyze internal quality problems and customer claims, perform root cause analysis, define and follow up on corrective and preventive actions, and validate the effectiveness of implemented actions.
3. Customer service: Technical quality contact with the customer, handle claims, requirements, and audits, prepare and present quality reports, and maintain communication in English.
4. Quality system: Ensure compliance with procedures and standards, participate in internal and external audits, follow up on findings and action plans, and keep quality documentation updated. apply methodologies.
5. Continuous improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in production, analyze defect and scrap trends, and propose actions to reduce recurring problems.

WE OFFER:

• Base salary of $4,000 pesos monthly
• Transportation bonus of $500 pesos monthly
• The bonus corresponds to $100 pesos daily, Monday to Friday, to cover travel by your own means
• Workday of 4 hours daily, Monday to Friday
• Total monthly income of $4,500 pesos
