Your tasks

Supervisor to join its team. The successful candidate will supervise the sales representatives,

improve sales performance, and expand the customer base across the Bahraini market.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales team and monitor daily performance.
• Develop sales plans and work toward achieving sales targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, and other customers.
• Acquire new customers and increase sales volume.

• Monitor collections, outstanding payments, and product returns.
• Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure effective delivery of chilled products.

• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales supervision; experience in dairy, cheese, or food distribution is

preferred.

• Experience managing sales representatives and distributing products in the Bahraini market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and follow up on collections.
• Good knowledge of sales systems and reporting tools.

• Reliable, organized, and able to take responsibility.
