Service Technician

Due to our businesse expansion, we are seeking capable candidates to fill the post of Service Technician for our Singapore Office. Responsibilities: ·      Troubleshooting, repair service and preventive maintenance of lab equipment ·      Installation,commissioning and operation training of new systems ·      Calibration service ·      Provide timely service reports ·      Ensure customer satisfaction ·      Provide technical support to warehouse e.g. instrument QC ·      Assist admin team to arrange inventory in warehouse, pick and pack goods when required Requirements: ·      Higher Nitec or Diploma in electronic /electrical engineering in Electrical &Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics or relevant fields of technical study ·      Industrial Attachment/Field Service experience with laboratory equipment and/or scientific instruments advantageous ·      New graduates or entry level candidates with good grades and potential can be considered ·      Highly motivated, achievement-driven and customer-service oriented ·      Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
