The role of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Engineer and BIM Modeler involves creating and maintaining detailed 3D models that support the planning, design, and construction phases of building projects. Key responsibilities include developing accurate BIM models, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure design consistency, preparing documentation and reports, conducting model reviews, and providing technical support to project teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for utilizing BIM software to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance project coordination.

Candidates must have completed SMP education level and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling or a related field. Proficiency in customer service, Revit, teamwork, 3D modeling, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Building Information Modelling, and 3D rendering is required.
