Boutique Store Manager & Team Lead (On-Site Retail)

Are you a natural sales driver with an eye for styling and a talent for leading teams? We are looking for an energetic, organized, and resourceful  Store Manager  to take ownership of our physical boutique on a full-time basis. What You Will Do: Active In-Store Selling:  Be a key presence on the sales floor, providing personalized styling advice, closing sales, and driving the store to consistently hit monthly revenue targets.

Team Hiring & Leadership:  Recruit, onboard, and train boutique sales associates, managing staff rosters and inspiring a high-performing sales team.

Visual Styling & Window Displays:  Curate elegant window displays, entrance table arrangements, and rail presentations with refined aesthetic taste.

Operations & Consignment Brands:  Coordinate physical stock intake and displays for our curated consignment designer brands, maintain strict order across the sales floor and backroom, and run daily transactions via  Shopify POS .

What We Are Looking For: Proven track record in fashion, lifestyle, or boutique retail management.

Strong commercial mindset with a genuine passion for face-to-face selling and customer care.

Hands-on experience in recruiting and managing retail staff.

Refined aesthetic instinct for interior styling and visual merchandising.

Practical proficiency with  Shopify POS .

Full-time commitment to working on-site at our retail boutique.
