Job Descriptions

• Manage day-to-day operations for 3 outlets
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and respond proactively to all customer's concerns.
• Attract, recruit, train and appraise talented personnel
• Establish KPI’s, schedules, policies and SOPs
• Develop and update new menu quarterly
• Provide two-way communication with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all SFA's regulations
• Report to management with regards to sales and productivity

Requirements

• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Able to multitask and resolve problems efficiently
• Able to commit on weekends
• Mature with a positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
