Roles & Responsibilities

Provide professional massage (body & foot) in accordance with spa standard

Ensure high level of service standard

Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of business premise

Prepare necessary treatment products, replenish stocks, towel supply, etc

Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently & politely

Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager & Receptionists
