Job Summary Meet daily bread production targets while maintaining high food quality and consistency. Prepare daily orders, control stock inventory, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment. Support the team and assist with additional tasks as needed. Responsibilities Produce daily bread and pastries orders to meet production targets efficiently Maintain consistent high standards of food quality throughout production Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment to comply with hygiene standards Prepare and manage daily orders while controlling stock inventory accurately Collaborate with team members and assist supervisors with ad-hoc duties as required Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and adaptable Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong teamwork skills Show ability to work quickly and maintain organization under pressure
