💬 Your mission As a Product Development Project Manager, you are the true conductor of the technical development of our new products. You manage each project in its entirety, in close connection with our partner R&D laboratories and all internal teams. You guarantee the quality of the developed products as well as compliance with specifications, budgets, and deadlines.

the Packaging teams;
the Quality and Regulatory teams;
the Product Managers;
the Supply Chain & Purchasing teams.
You unite all these stakeholders around a common goal: developing demanding, high-performance products that are perfectly aligned with La Rosée's commitments.
🎯 Your main missions
- Lead the technical development of our products
Lead and frame the development of La Rosée products in close connection with our partner manufacturers.
Supervise all phases of the project, from formulation to market launch.
Build and monitor retro-planning, in consistency with the specifications, budget, and defined deadlines.
Ensure technical, quality, and regulatory follow-up of developments.
- Coordinate projects transversally
Lead weekly follow-ups with the Packaging, Regulatory, Product Managers, and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure a fluid and clear flow of information between the different interlocutors.
Coordinate the contributions of the R&D, Quality, Purchasing, and Marketing teams as well as those of our factories and suppliers.
Unite all stakeholders around the objectives, priorities, and schedule of each project.
Manage several developments simultaneously, in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- Anticipate risks and guarantee project success
Identify and anticipate technical, industrial, regulatory, or scheduling risks.
Ensure regular and structured reporting on project progress.
Alert the relevant teams and facilitate decision-making when arbitrations are necessary.
💡 Profile sought You are a graduate of an engineering school or hold a Master's degree in chemistry (Bac+5 level).
You have at least 5 years of professional experience excluding internships and work-study programs, which must have been acquired in the cosmetics industry.
You have significant experience in managing development projects conducted with subcontracting partners.
You know how to coordinate complex projects involving many internal and external interlocutors.
You demonstrate leadership and know how to unite different stakeholders around a common goal.
You possess an excellent analytical spirit and know how to quickly identify risks and possible solutions.
Your communication is clear, structured, and adapted to your various interlocutors, both orally and in writing.
Agile and reactive, you know how to manage several projects and priorities in parallel in a moving environment.
Positive, rigorous, and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you are motivated by technical challenges.
You possess a strong sensitivity to the world of cosmetic care.
You are proficient in English in a professional context.
