Apprenticeship Sales Manager (M/F)

As part of its development, La Plateforme is looking for a sales manager for its apprenticeship activity. Within the Entreprises department and in connection with the general management, you will work on the following missions:

Steering the apprenticeship search activity

Sales prospecting and development of relationships with companies to identify apprenticeship needs

Supporting students in their apprenticeship search

Commercial proposals in connection with the administrative department for the establishment of contracts

Building long-term partnership approaches with companies

Coordination with other team members, as well as with other teams (studies, finance…)

Contribution to the commercial strategy with the director

Team management in the long term depending on the profile

Profile sought Rigorous, adaptable, and reliable, your ability to synthesize and your analytical skills are indispensable assets. You hold a Bac+5 degree (Grande Ecole or University) and have at least 5 years of experience Experience in an ESN or computer science school is appreciated Autonomy and sense of initiative Dynamism and tenacity Good level of speech and writing skills Digital culture Fluent professional English. You master office and digital tools Knowledge of the training world is a plus Contract: CDI Remuneration: according to profile + 9€ Ticket restaurant / day Contract start date: Position to be filled asap Benefits: Very advantageous company health insurance (e.g.: osteopath or nutritionist 70€ x 5 sessions)
