R&D Project Manager M/F

Your missions

Within an Industry 4.0 setting and as a true conductor of R&D, you will manage product and recipe improvement projects from end to end and act as the link between innovation, industrial performance, and product excellence.

As such, after an integration and training period on our products, your daily routine will be shared with the following missions:

• Improve the recipes of our products for our dog and cat customers,
• Work with the R&D and production teams to define new production standards,
• Be responsible for R&D laboratory activities and coordinate them with Bérengère, the R&D technician,
• Search for new suppliers and ingredients to find the most suitable elements (audits, strategic recommendations, catalog enrichment...),
• Manage and support the R&D technician.

With a BAC+5 degree in food engineering, or a Master's degree in animal sciences or formulation, you have at least 7 years of experience in similar missions (in R&D) within a food industry environment.

Creative and curious, you love to explore, test, challenge the existing, and transform an idea into a concrete solution. Proactive and committed, you do not wait for subjects to come to you: you anticipate them and are a source of proposals.

Your scope of activity:

• Research & Development
• Day shifts from Monday to Friday - possibility of starting very early in the morning for potential trials
• Open-Space office with the entire R&D management
• Daily work in the factory composed of automated lines with workshops on several levels, over a large area, and depending on the workshops: wet and noisy environment (PPE provided) with temperature variations between workshops (very cold to temperate).
