Your missions:

Working closely with the sales department and internal departments (marketing, logistics, production), your missions will consist of managing our clients located mainly in Italy, Greece, and Eastern Europe to:

• Be the key point of contact between clients, distributors, and internal teams, through reactive follow-up of orders and external requests
• Manage client files from A to Z: invoicing, payments, disputes
• Contribute to commercial negotiations and the development of private label brands (analysis of promotional operations, sales forecasts, support for the product life cycle)
• Actively participate in the launch of new products in connection with marketing, packaging, and R&D
• Coordinate export documents if necessary (technical data sheets, certificates, pro-forma, packing lists, contracts)
• Ensure the dissemination of commercial correspondence (visits, new products / clients, delisting, client termination) in the defined area and manage client documentation requests,
• Assist the Export Area Manager in responding to Tenders and in prospecting,
• Be the guarantor of communication between the various internal/external interlocutors,
• Represent our company's values through respect for our commercial policy.

You hold a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in commerce or management and must have proven experience in export, acquired in a similar position. Ideally, you have a good knowledge of GSA/MDD type distribution networks. You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken, and demonstrate a real appetite for numbers. Curious, dynamic, and rigorous, you ideally know the Pet Food universe. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork. Comfortable with IT tools, you master the Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have ideally already worked with ERPs such as SILOG and/or EGO, as well as commercial management software like Qlik or VIF.
