FLOOR MANAGER (M/F)

We are looking for a dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic, reactive, motivated, and experienced Floor Manager to join our beautiful team.

You will supervise the smooth running of the dining room service and guarantee customer satisfaction. You will coordinate the server team, distribute tasks, manage schedules, handle reservations and customer complaints, participate in stock management and dining room equipment orders, monitor payments, ensure the quality of the welcome, and ensure the link between the dining room and the kitchen.
