Site Engineer

Job Description

• Completing quality inspections and providing feedback to the team.
• Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members.
• Negotiating with supplies and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting as required.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Responsibility for supervision of works and managing specialist sub contractors
• Have a good understanding and demonstrative experience of civil engineering construction techniques
• Execution of work according to approved drawings, design and specification.
• Ensure to complete the work within the time limits allowed.
• Reviewing design drawings .

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering. Prefer government university( cairo , Ain shams , Helwan , Alexandria ,etc )
• 5 Years of experience in the same role in construction or developer companies.
• Great Ownership , leadership and organizational skills.
• Males only.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects and problems solving .
• Have a good understanding and demonstrative experience of civil engineering construction techniques ( Site and Technical office background )
• A willingness to learn.
• Experience in using AutoCAD and MS Office
• Management skills for handling staff (labors and technicians )
• Understand monitoring process and apply the control techniques
• Working on Ras Sudr.
