As part of the reinforcement of our dining room brigade, we are looking for a Chef de rang or a Commis de salle driven by the desire for well-done work and a sense of excellence.

Your role Under the direction of the Maître d'Hôtel and in close collaboration with the kitchen, you will actively participate in the success of each service and the satisfaction of a clientele attentive to the quality of the experience.

Your missions

• Welcome guests with distinction, attention, and professionalism
• Ensure precise, fluid, and controlled service in compliance with the codes of modern gastronomy
• Guarantee the smooth running of the service and harmony between the dining room and the kitchen
• Anticipate and respond with elegance to customer expectations
• Ensure the perfect upkeep of the dining room, side stations, and restrooms
• Contribute to a coherent, refined, and contemporary gastronomic experience

Profile sought

• Training in restaurant service is essential
• Beginners accepted if highly motivated
• Acute sense of service, hospitality, and detail
• Ability to evolve in a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Excellent presentation, rigor, and team spirit
• Motivation, discretion, and passion for the profession

Conditions & advantages

• CDI - 39 hours per week over 4.5 days
• Fixed days off: Saturday evening, Sunday, and Monday
• 6 weeks of vacation (including 3 weeks in August, closed at Christmas)
• Remuneration starting from €2,100 gross / month, depending on profile and experience
