BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities for manpower services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Coordinate with clients to understand their manpower requirements. Prepare business proposals, presentations and service quotations. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends. Assist in achieving business development and sales targets.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related. With experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or manpower services is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation skills. Willing to conduct client visits and attend business meetings.
