Finance manager

Finance Manager | Tot €100,000 Gross Per Year + Car | International SaaS

For a fast-growing SaaS organization in the Ghent region, we are looking for a Finance Manager who, together with the CFO, will further build out the financial operations. You combine operational responsibility with business partnering and support European growth. From the start, you will take over the financial follow-up of entities in Belgium and France.

What Will You Do?

• You will take charge of monthly closings, management reporting, audits, and statutory obligations and coordinate with external accountants and tax partners.
• You will lead the annual budgeting process and update revenue, profit, and cash flow forecasts, enabling management to make well-founded decisions.
• You will work together with department heads to monitor budgets, analyze performance, and translate financial insights into concrete actions.
• You will monitor cash flow, working capital, and bank relations and support investor reporting and future financing trajectories.
• You will provide financial analyses for pricing, investments, international expansion, and potential acquisitions.
• You will improve and automate financial processes and systems, ensuring the finance function grows efficiently alongside the organization.

Who Are You?

• You have 5 to 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or FP&A, with experience in an international environment.
• You combine a solid accounting foundation with analytical insight and strong communication skills.
• You enjoy taking responsibility and feel at home in an entrepreneurial environment where you both execute and build processes.
• You have experience with modern ERP and planning tools and an interest in automation and AI.
• You speak fluent English. Professional Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Experience within SaaS or technology and knowledge of recurring revenue models and SaaS-KPIs are additional assets.
