So, ready to live the L'Oréal experience? The position is based at the Lassigny (60) site. The Lassigny (60) plant is the Make-Up factory of L'Oréal's Luxe pole. Luxury lipsticks, mascaras, glosses, and powders are produced there for clients worldwide. Decidedly focused on Industry 4.0, we have specialized in makeup manufacturing for over 60 years for brands such as Yves Saint Laurent, Lancôme, Armani, and Valentino. Based in Picardie (Lassigny, 20 km from Compiègne), our teams consist of approximately 400 collaborators passionate about their profession: Production (manufacturing and packaging), Flow, Performance, Quality, Supply-Chain, ETN-EHS, Research & Innovation, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources. All are united by a common vision: To be an agile, responsible factory connected to its customers.
Job Presentation:
Missions:
- Optimization of physical and logistical flows
- Analyze and map material flows (internal flows, supplies, storage areas).
- Identify sources of waste, breaks in load, and propose continuous improvement actions (Lean approach, 5S, etc.).
- Participate in the optimization of the layout of storage areas or packaging lines.
- Management of stocks and work-in-progress
- Analyze stock levels and work-in-progress products to reduce WCR (Working Capital Requirement).
- Implement or improve the reliability of monitoring tools and logistical performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in physical inventories and analyze discrepancies.
- Tools, digital, and process improvement
- Contribute to the improvement or deployment of flow management tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (problem-solving, Kaizen projects).
- Write or update operating procedures and logistical processes.
Profile:
- You are enrolled in a Master's level program (Bac+5) such as an engineering school.
- You have a genuine interest in the industrial world.
- Organized and rigorous, you demonstrate reactivity and know how to be proactive.
- You have an excellent capacity for integration and analysis, good dynamism, listening skills, and commitment.
- You have a real sensitivity to products and are comfortable in the field.
- Proficiency in EXCEL is necessary.
- Good level of English required.
- You know how to work in a team.
