Your tasks
Design and review of e-learning content Contribute to the instructional design of e-learning modules, including content structuring, scripting and storyboard development. Review and update existing modules, including content and data or process updates. Help ensure consistency in the visual design and instructional approach of learning content.
Content translation and adaptation Translate or coordinate the translation of e-learning content into English and French, and other languages depending on your profile. Ensure terminology and cultural consistency when adapting content for an international audience.
Design and delivery of training sessions Help develop materials for in-person, remote and hybrid training sessions. Contribute to delivering training sessions, workshops and webinars.
Video production Edit training videos, such as short learning clips, tutorials and testimonials. Take part in filming and post-production, including graphics and subtitles.
Cross-functional Learning projects Contribute to continuous-improvement projects for the Operations training program. Responsibilities may be adjusted based on your skills, interests and the team's evolving needs.
Employee development plans Support the rollout of employee training plans, including launching training courses and providing operational follow-up.
