About the team As a Consulting & Advisory Intern reporting directly to a Consulting & Advisory Strategy Consultant you will be a key player in shaping L'Oréal's future. You'll work within a newly formed, highly international team collaborating extensively with various departments across the Group, including corporate functions, divisions, zones, transformation teams, and finance.

Strategic Guidance: Offering expert advice and ensuring internal projects align with company goals.

Project Leadership: Leading and supporting key strategic initiatives, process improvements, and change management.

Facilitation: Fostering cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the company.

Internal Capability Building: Leveraging their deep industrial knowledge to provide cost-effective solutions and build internal expertise.
