Your tasks

(in compliance with Leading Hotels of the World procedures):

• Optimize stay sales: accommodation, dining, spa.
• Actively promote the stay sales offered by Evian Resort to customers: Accommodation, Dining, Spa, Golf, Evenings.
• Manage all room reservations (taking reservations, cancellations, modifications).
• Write proposal and stay confirmation letters.
• Perform client follow-ups.

Requirements

Graduate of a business school, in the field of tourism or in hospitality/catering, with a Bac / Bac+2 type training or equivalent, or have acquired a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.

• Excellent elocution, developed sense of service, and interpersonal skills.
• Writing skills and mastery of sales techniques.
• Good command of English required.
• Proficiency in the Office pack and ideally the OPERA software.
