Customer Support Printer (M/F)

Our client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of rotary presses for printing and converting.

The position:

Reporting to the customer support department, you will intervene in compliance with safety rules and current procedures.

• Intervene at industrial clients based abroad to install and commission printing and converting machines - Mobilize your expertise in printing and packaging processes to perform press adjustments and guarantee the expected quality - Diagnose breakdowns and provide remote technical support to customers - Accompany and advise customers in optimizing their printing parameters - Participate in customer demonstrations - Design training materials and train users at customer sites - Ensure regular reporting of interventions to guarantee effective customer relationship follow-up - Collaborate with the design office during testing and trial phases

Frequent international travel is to be expected (approximately 50% of the time).

Profile sought:

With a Bac+2/3 degree in printing techniques, you have initial experience in a similar role, ideally in the special machinery sector.
